In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalties, except for return shipping costs.
If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, with intact and undetached tags, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the order number.
