All our parcels are shipped via La Poste and Mondial Relay services.

Shipping fees for any order placed within mainland France are fixed and specified by the seller in the form filled out during the checkout process.

The seller commits to processing the order within thirty (30) days from the day after the order is confirmed. The indicated timeframes are average estimates and include the time required for processing, preparing, and shipping the order (i.e. dispatch from our warehouse).

These timeframes begin as soon as the order is confirmed.
