🔄 Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You have 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange an item. It must be unworn and have its original tag attached.

đźšš What are the delivery times?

  • In stock: 2 to 5 business days for home delivery in France, 3 to 10 days in Europe, and 5 to 15 days worldwide.

  • Pre-order: Around 1.5 months — time for us to carefully craft your item.


đź’ł Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard…) and Apple Pay.


📦 How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You’ll be able to follow your package in real time and prepare for its arrival.


⏳ Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! Some items are available for pre-order. All details (timing, production, etc.) are specified on the product page. We’ll also send you regular updates on the progress of your order.
