Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (TCSU)

Before using our website, we invite you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. By accessing any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you must not access the website or use the services provided.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

1. Purpose

These conditions define the terms of use of the www.loumont.xyz website, as well as the conditions of order placement, payment, and delivery between Loumont and its customers.

2. Products

All products for sale on www.loumont.xyz are offered while stocks last.

The products available on the site are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if any errors or omissions occur in the presentation, Loumont cannot be held responsible.

Product photos may be subject to minimal retouching (colors, sizes, shapes) for presentation purposes.

3. Order Placement

The customer can select items and add them to their cart. By clicking on "Checkout", they finalize their order and must provide the necessary information (including payment details).

Before confirming the order, the customer can modify or cancel the items in their cart at any time. Order validation implies acceptance of these TCSU.

An order confirmation will be sent by email to the customer once the transaction is completed.

Placing an order constitutes a sales contract between the customer and Loumont, subject to the availability of the ordered products.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalties, except for return shipping costs.

If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Returned products must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • With tags intact and not removed

  • In perfect condition

  • Accompanied by the order number

5. Liability

Loumont cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by:

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

  • An error attributable to a third party

  • An incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

6. Prices

Product prices are displayed and charged in euros (€).

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties may be applied by local authorities and will be the customer's responsibility.

7. Payment and Personal Data Security

Payment is required immediately upon order, via credit card using secure providers PayPal and Stripe.

All transactions are encrypted and secured via SSL to ensure the confidentiality of banking data.

In accordance with Article L.132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, any credit card payment is irrevocable.

Personal data collected during the ordering process is used exclusively by Loumont to ensure proper service delivery.

Loumont does not accept installment payments.

All elements of the website www.loumont.xyz (content, images, logo, design, technology) are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
